I am a big fan of Jason Fried and his company 37 Signals. They are unconventional, do not hesitate to break from convention, and talk a lot of sense. Jason has written a few books that talk about his experiences while setting up a very successful software business. “Remote” is his latest book.
Jason has an uncluttered mind and that is reflected in everything he and his company does, particularly in their writing. This book provides some interesting insights about remote working, and a couple of good suggestions. Nothing earth shattering, but my most important takeaway was that remote working is for real now and even many large corporations are embracing it.
